• E-mail Submissions
  • Add Restricted - Prohibits E-mail Forwarding of Issue, Action and Subtask records, after the user attempts to submit their E-mail message. To eliminate the Forward Copy by E-mail link from a form, set the Forward by E-mail functional restriction on the form (category) itself. This restriction also prohibits a user from requesting an immediate Task List E-mail message.
  • Edit Restricted - No effect, E-mail messages can never be edited.
  • Delete Restricted - No effect, E-mail messages can never be deleted.
  • View Restricted - No effect, CATSWeb provides no standard means of viewing E-mail messages.
    

• Employee Departments
  • Add Restricted - Prohibits adding new associations between Employees and Departments, either via the Department Membership section of the Employee form, or the Department Employees section of the Department form.
  • Edit Restricted - No effect, Employee Department associations can never be edited.
  • Delete Restricted - Prohibits deleting Employee Department associations.
  • View Restricted - Prohibits viewing and adding Employee Department associations.
    

• Employees
  • Add Restricted - Prohibits adding new Employees.
  • Edit Restricted - Prohibits editing Employees.
  • Delete Restricted - Prohibits deleting Employees.
