The Disposition Choices pages are used to manage the list of choices presented to the user in the Disposition pull-down list in legacy CATS systems. They are accessed from the CATS Legacy System Compatibility section of the Manage page. In the Disposition Choices list, click on the item to edit or delete it. Use the Add button to add a new disposition choice. The disposition choice must be 50 characters or less in length. |
