CATSWeb V8 is not compatible with VB6 because
VB6 doesn't support Unicode. To work with CATSWeb V8, any VB6 legacy DLLs
will need to be re-written using VB.NET and ADO.NET.
Usage of the VB6 Compatibility Layer is no longer supported. Customers
are encouraged to port their existing legacy VB6 code to .NET.
